Financing Multifamily Rental Housing
Even before the market crashed, smaller multifamily buildings (less than 100 units) had less access to credit than their large building counterparts.  After the crash, lending to these small buildings dropped precipitously.  The panel will examine how and why this happened, and offer possible solutions for the future.
