American Rescue Plan Act Passed

Yesterday the House of Representatives passed the final $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan Act, following Senate approval of the bill on Saturday. In addition to comprehensive COVID-19 relief, including stimulus checks and extension of unemployment insurance, the legislation includes more than $42.5 billion in funding for affordable housing programs. The affordable housing resources in the bill include:
