City, County, and IHDA Release New Joint Compliance Forms

The City of Chicago, Cook County, and the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) have released three new joint compliance forms.  As a part of an effort coordinated by The Preservation Compact, the three agencies are working together to help streamline compliance for affordable rental properties with financing from multiple sources.  The updated forms include the Tenant Profile Form, Tenant Selection Plan Checklist, and the Rent Schedule Form.  For each form, a single version will now be accepted by all three agencies.
