ERA Programs Are About to Close, Don’t Miss Out!

The Illinois Housing Development Authority and the City of Chicago’s emergency rental assistance programs are currently open for applications. Program Deadlines

• For IHDA’s statewide rental assistance program (also known as ILRPP), housing providers/landlords may initiate a joint application through Monday, June 7. Tenants will have until Sunday, June 13 to complete their portion of a landlord-initiated application.

• The deadline for the City of Chicago’s emergency rental assistance program is Tuesday, June 8.
