Rental Property Tax Incentive

The Compact convened statewide partners to craft a proposal providing a predictable property tax incentive for affordable rental housing. With the support of government, industry, and advocate partners, the proposal was introduced in both Illinois General Assembly chambers, and the Senate bill passed the Revenue Committee with unanimous support.
