Webinar Overview

The Preservation Compact, the Institute for Housing Studies (IHS) at DePaul University, and DataMade reveal a new webtool designed to facilitate evidence-based decision-making in preservation strategies for Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing (NOAH) during the webinar, Market Data Insights for NOAH Preservation.

This webinar served as a follow-up to the Emerging Strategies to Preserve Unsubsidized Affordable Rental Housing convening, offering participants a more granular look at the webtool created from the two-year research project funded by the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI).

During the webinar, presenters provided a comprehensive overview of the research methodology and findings, including an exploration of each cluster and it’s characteristics. DataMade showcased the tool by providing a step-by-step tour of the webtool.
